2. Cancellation of Orders
2.1 Pre-Invoice Cancellation:
- You may cancel your order before the invoice is issued and processed. Once the invoice is generated, cancellations are not permitted.

2.2 Refund for Cancelled Orders:

3. Return of Products
3.1 Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted only for select pin codes and for products with a minimum value of ₹799.
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

- The product is of poor quality or has missing parts/accessories .
3.2 Non-Returnable Products:
- Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged :
- Panties, briefs, stick-on, pasties, and other intimate apparel.
- Beauty products and certain accessories.
3.3 Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Products purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set.
- We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet these conditions.
